At Pool Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic equipment; if a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all pool chemicals, pumps, or accessories are in their original, unopened packaging with all manuals and components included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
